Early Life and Education
Born in a well-known middle class family in the Hathaura village of Siwan, Mr. Adnan ahmad siddiqui enjoyed a decent and comfortable childhood. He was well groomed and nurtured under the guidance and guardianship of both his parents and grand-father. His grandfather, Mr. Zaheer Ahmad Siddiqui was an eminent personality in the region and established a Chimney Kiln and Truck transportation business which not only produced bricks and transportation opportunities but also created many jobs for the local people. In addition to Mr. Zaheer, his Sibling Mr. Shamshuddin Ahmad, Siddiqui was also a very famous figure from this family, and was popularly known as “Gandhi Mian” who was politically associated with the congress party and had a very strong influence on the local population.
After the demise of his grandfather on April 14 1994, Mr. Naushad Ahmad Siddiqui, father of Mr. Adnan took over the family and business responsibility and served till his last breath on April 11, 2008. Thereafter, the legacy of his forefathers has been carried forward by Mr. Adnan Ahmad Siddiqui who has done his schooling from the reputed Emmanuel Mission HIgh School of Siwan. His interest in politics motivated him to pursue his graduation in Political Science which he completed in 2004 by attaining a BA Political Science degree from ZA Islamia PG College of Siwan.
Besides creating jobs for the locals, Mr. Adnan and his family has been contributing significantly to the various needs of the people, be it financial help to the poor at the time of Daughter’s marriage, treatment of diseases, government schemes benefits etc.
Our village Hathaura comes under the Raghunathpur VIdhan Sabha Constituency of Bihar State. Raghunathpur is constituency number 108 which comes under No. 18, Siwan Lok Sabha Constituency. Raghunathpur and Hussainganj are the two community development blocks under Raghunathpur Vidhan Sabha Constituency. It is also associated with several gram panchayats of Hasanpura CD Block. Semaria , Narkatia, Rajpur, Kausar, Mathia, Narhan are some famous villages of Raghunathpur.
Our Village Hathaura belongs to the Hussainganj block of the Siwan District which is one among the 13 blocks of the Siwan Subdivision. The total area of the Hussainganj block is 85.13 Sq. Km. with a population comprising of approx. 182,794 as per 2011 census. Hathaura is small villages of the Saran division located 9km south to the District headquarter of Siwan. The Pincode of Hathaura is 841237 under the head post office Hussainganj. Hathaura village population is approximately 10000 comprising of 51{09901f58a4f4a142892b08e1f6f67528f19805d374ef5adbbb513142e9e67e89} male and the literacy rate as per 2011 census is 59.1{09901f58a4f4a142892b08e1f6f67528f19805d374ef5adbbb513142e9e67e89}.
Bhojpuri, Hindi and Urdu are the main languages of this region and the important political parties which drive the local politics of this region are CPI(ML)(L), BJP and RJD.
Relevant Public Issues which need to be addressed:
The major public issues of our constituency are lack of medical services, educational platforms, play grounds & sports facilities, Industries, skill development centers, quality schools and infrastructure for higher studies. As we all know the condition of our constituency or gram panchayats which come under our block is in dire need of their revival and transformation to improve the living standards of the common man in this region.
Our party RJD under the young and dynamic leadership of Mr. Tejaswi Yadav is fully committed to change the attitude and style of politics being played in this region. To change the game he has appointed different teams of young and energetic leaders to spread across the state and execute their plans for the betterment of the people of BIHAR.
To fulfill this cumbersome task we have devised a visionary approach and have already started our work on grassroots level beginning from different panchayts to resolve public issues like land conflict, Issues related to health and women safety, accident helpline, ambulance services, career counseling and public awareness programs.
We are always focused towards our goals and encourage public participation in addressing the relevant issues of public concerns.
